# Return & Refund Policy

### 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

### Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

### Return Process
1. To initiate a return, please contact us at **support@aureviltd.com**.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

### Return Shipping Fees
* **Defective or Wrong Items:** Free return shipping (no restocking fee or return shipping costs for the customer).
* **Customer Remorse / Change of Mind:** Free return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees.

### Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within **3 to 5 business days**. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
